Wise Farmer (Union is Strength)

 Wise Farmer (Union is Strength)
Once upon a time, there was a village, where a farmer lived with his four sons. His sons were very lazy. They always used to quarrel with each other. The farmer was very upset about their future. He always wanted to teach them a lesson, so that they stop quarreling and start working.

One day he planned an idea. He sent his sons to fetch some sticks. When they came back, he asked them to tie the sticks in a bundle. They did so. Then farmer asked them to break that bundle. All the four sons put their full force to break the bundle but none of them could succeed. He then asked them to untie the bundle and break the sticks one by one. The four sons broke the sticks easily. The farmer told them that union is like bundle of sticks. You should be united like them, if you do so no one will be able to harm you. But if you remain quarreling every one could easily harm you like single stick. So, you should not quarrel with each other. The admired their mistake and promised not to quarrel with each other in future.

Moral:
1- Union is strength.
2- Be united.
3- Farmer and his sons.
