Study on Fully Funded Scholarship by Government of Romania

Education became compulsory in Romania in the 19th century, in 1864, under ruler Alexandru Ioan Cuza, when four years of primary school became free and compulsory for all children, regardless of social class and sex.

1: WHO IS ELIGIBLE

Foreign citizens from all non-EU countries, with the following exceptions: 

• citizens of Romanian origin or who are part of the Romanian historical communities in the proximity of Romania (entitled to different scholarship programmes); 

• citizens who have requested or acquired a form of protection in Romania; 

• stateless persons whose stay on the territory of Romania is officially recognized according to the law; 

• members of the diplomatic and consular corps or family members of the diplomatic and consular corps accredited to Romania; members of the administrative and technical staff of diplomatic missions and consular offices accredited to Romania; 

• staff members of international organizations based in Romania or family members of staff of international organizations based in Romania; 

• beneficiaries of a scholarship from the Romanian state for the same cycle of study. 

To be eligible, the scholarship applicant must: 

• have good results in education, respectively an average of the study years, for the last graduated school of at least 7 (seven) corresponding to the scoring system in Romania or the "Good" score, as the case; 

• submit a complete file; 

• present study documents issued by accredited/recognized education institutions in the country where they were issued; 

• comply with the enrolment deadline.

2: WHEN CAN I APPLY?

You can apply for the programme only when the call for applications is launched 16 January 2024, but no later than the application deadline mentioned in the official announcement 16 March 2024.

Note: In some cases English proficiency letter from last institute is enough for enrollment.

1: کون اہل ہے۔

تمام غیر EU ممالک کے غیر ملکی شہری، درج ذیل مستثنیات کے ساتھ:

• رومانیہ نژاد شہری یا جو رومانیہ کے قربت میں رومانیہ کی تاریخی کمیونٹیز کا حصہ ہیں (مختلف اسکالرشپ پروگراموں کے حقدار)؛

• وہ شہری جنہوں نے رومانیہ میں تحفظ کی درخواست کی ہے یا حاصل کی ہے۔

• بے وطن افراد جن کا رومانیہ کی سرزمین پر قیام کو قانون کے مطابق سرکاری طور پر تسلیم کیا جاتا ہے۔

• سفارتی اور قونصلر کور کے اراکین یا رومانیہ کو تسلیم شدہ سفارتی اور قونصلر کور کے خاندان کے افراد؛ رومانیہ کو تسلیم شدہ سفارتی مشنوں اور قونصلر دفاتر کے انتظامی اور تکنیکی عملے کے ارکان؛

• رومانیہ میں مقیم بین الاقوامی تنظیموں کے عملے کے ارکان یا رومانیہ میں مقیم بین الاقوامی تنظیموں کے عملے کے خاندان کے افراد؛

• مطالعہ کے اسی چکر کے لیے رومانیہ کی ریاست سے اسکالرشپ کے مستفید ہونے والے۔

اہل ہونے کے لئے، اسکالرشپ کے درخواست دہندگان کو لازمی ہے:

• تعلیم میں اچھے نتائج حاصل کریں، بالترتیب مطالعاتی سالوں کی اوسط، کم از کم 7 (سات) کے آخری گریجویٹ اسکول کے لیے جو رومانیہ میں اسکورنگ سسٹم یا "اچھے" اسکور کے مطابق ہے، جیسا کہ معاملہ ہے۔

ایک مکمل فائل جمع کروائیں۔

• ملک میں تسلیم شدہ/ تسلیم شدہ تعلیمی اداروں کے ذریعہ جاری کردہ مطالعاتی دستاویزات پیش کریں جہاں انہیں جاری کیا گیا تھا۔

• اندراج کی آخری تاریخ کی تعمیل کریں۔

2: میں کب اپلائی کر سکتا ہوں؟

آپ پروگرام کے لیے صرف اسی وقت درخواست دے سکتے ہیں جب درخواستوں کے لیے کال 16 جنوری 2024 کو شروع کی جائے، لیکن سرکاری اعلان 16 مارچ 2024 میں ذکر کردہ درخواست کی آخری تاریخ کے بعد نہیں۔
