All of you must be familiar with service provided by several companies out there, which is called E-Mail. Some of them are totally free to use while for others you have to pay a sum of money. It is obvious that e-mail is one of the most popular and important ways of communication. It is used by several hundred million people of the world. Havin an e-mail address is just like having your name on ID card. For years it was assumed that it is the safest way of communication but now this concept is growing to change as e-mails are also one of the top sources for spreading malwares, trojans and even viruses. We are not going to discuss how e-mail is involved in doing so. Our topic is e-mail not VIRUS.
Because e-mail services are being used by hackers and illegal software distributors to distribute either their message or infected software. Most of the search engines and ISPs scan e-mails while they are being sent or received. Talking about Germany, there it is forced by law that this scanning should be kept secrete. But! It is not that simple and true as it seems. Reality is far away from this. the largest e-mail service provider is the "Google", who serves over 400 million users as concerned to e-mail. Germany holds about 17% shares of Gmail market. Although google do ensures its users that all of his(user's) data will be kept confidential, still there is a courtyard statement of legal representatives of google about privacy held by google. They said, "User must not expect their full privacy". They posed that when a businessman writes a letter to his partner or a friend, then this man should not be amazed that his letter could be read by friend's assistant or a family member. Just like this is the email service.The German Telecom and several other institutions had a conference over safe use of email, or a safer way of emailing.
Remember when you open you inbox and an email in it, on top you see some contextual ads, watch them carefully. Why they are so closely related to your email contents. Means that someone manually or a robot or bot had read your email before you and suggested those ads for that page.
Be precise and use codes and encrypted messages, which are readable only by receiver. Even anyone opens the email before reaching the destination he should not be able to conclude it.
